Radiator cowling

My radiator doesn't have a cowling which is one of the reasons for the overheating issues I'm experiencing. Can anyone recommend a place to get a universal one. Sizes or measurements?

I had one made by Silverton Radiators in Pinetown, I'm sure their branches can do the same.
