Good day All,
Please find attached:
1. A list with potential destinations.
They are split in trips as follows: Long: quite a distance possibly 5 to 10 days; Medium: a few days, e.g. long week-end; and Short: close by for a week-end,
This is just to facilitate planning.
2. A calendar depicting school and other holidays.
Please have a look at the destinations, and propose more. Try to give some idea of details, as in the list, which facilitates sieving through all of them.
A special request for places that can be reached equally from South as North. The Southerns want to introduce us to "Tea parties'.
Although some very nice destinations are across border, I purposely try to stayed away from them. Covid can cause trouble. Rather try to stick domestic.
We can obviously try, but once bookings are to be made, money has to be paid, and cancellation could be an issue. Case in point is Mabuya which was booked 2 years ago, and still has not taken place.
Just put proposals in ypur reply, I will copy them on the list, once they are in.
If you have a preference for dates, please let us know as well.
We need to finalise this ASAP, as planning needs to be started.
I will update the list by 16 Dec 2022.
