In Cote d'Ivoire, a security company bought some old P4 Peugeot and painted them in yellow. Unfortunately no photos.

Ground-Based Air Defence System --> Cant remember the exact details (was lined up many years ago to work on the project), but as far as I can remember the CSIR was behind this adaptation of the G-Chassis.

CSIR also had this demo vehicle (also G-Wagon based) at AAD 2016.

I did a trail run at Segwati Ranch near Harties this weekend and spotted this old lady in desperate need of a rescue...

I couldn't find the owner when I was there.

Another forum member contacted me offline and indicated he has been able to track down the owner. Apparently the owner still has plans to restore the G, just doesn't have time at the moment (seems to me he hasn't had time for quite a while...). As a result, the G doesn't seem to be for sale at the moment :(

I wish the owner would park it under a roof - to see a decent looking G stand out in the elements like this is just wrong

    This is sad.
One should encourage the owner to come onto the forum. Here he will get some motivation.

thanks Paul. I got hold of the owner and confirmed his intention, and offered him some assistance should he fix, and if not pse could i view with an option to buy.

It seems quite a few people have called him today. Whatever happens, i hope it gets fixed.

Shame - guy probably feels spammed now with all the G owners contacting him

I must admit - coming across a "barn find" G (or mog) in original condition somewhere on a farm is the stuff dreams are made of.

The red 300GD was for sale some time ago in Kloof, then somewhere up in the north.
